Fees payable to the Borough as set forth on Exhibit A hereto[1] shall be waived for all senior citizens (65 years of age
or older) residing within the Borough of Metuchen and having a disability
or having qualified pursuant to the state program known as "Pharmaceutical
Assistance for the Aged and Disabled" (P.A.A.D.).
