The Select Board shall each year appoint two or more special
police whose duty it shall be to enforce these bylaws.

Whoever violates any bylaws of the Town of Hadley shall, unless
different provision is made by such bylaw or by the laws of the commonwealth,
forfeit and pay to the use of said Town a sum of not more than $300
for each offense.
