All permanent improvements, as herein defined, shall require
an inspection by the Town officer charged with such duty.
The owner, developer or his agent shall inform the officer charged
with such inspections at least 24 hours before such inspection is
required and shall not conceal, cover, hide or in any way render invisible
any portion of a permanent improvement until such inspection has been
made and approved.
All street grades and methods of construction shall require
inspection before acceptance of same for future maintenance. The street
inspection shall be conducted by the officer charged with such duty.
