For every building hereafter erected, altered, extended or changed in use, there shall be provided off-street parking spaces according to the design criteria set forth below:

B. 
Any parking lot or parking area that will contain more than 100 cars shall be effectively divided by planted divider strips or curbing fixed in place so as to effectively divide each parking area of 100 cars from other driveways and parking areas for the purpose of ensuring safety of vehicles moving within the entire parking area and to control speed.
C. 
All parking areas shall be adequately lighted.
D. 
Unless otherwise specified, vehicle parking space shall be provided as follows:
(1) 
One and five-tenths spaces for each family in a dwelling unit.
(2) 
One for each five seats in a church or place of worship.
(3) 
One for each two employees in a school.
(4) 
One for each 200 square feet of gross floor area in a public building.
(5) 
Each hospital shall provide two parking spaces for each one bed.
(6) 
Nursing homes, rest homes and convalescent homes shall provide 0.4 spaces per bed and/or one space per housekeeping unit.
(7) 
Medical and dental offices shall provide one space per 20 square feet of waiting room area plus one per examining room.
(8) 
One for each 100 square feet of gross floor area in a restaurant, lunch counter, lodge or fraternal organization.
(9) 
One for each 500 square feet of gross floor area in a wholesale and warehouse establishment.
(10) 
One for each 250 square feet of gross floor area in manufacturing, processing and fabricating businesses.
(11) 
One for each 200 square feet of gross floor area in a bank, office, retail and service establishment.
(12) 
Gasoline service station: one space per employee plus two stacking spaces per pump. Convenience stores shall in addition provide one space per 200 square feet.
(13) 
Auto sales and rental: one space per employee, plus two for the first 10,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor sales area, plus one additional space for each 10,000 square feet of sales area.
A. 
For every building hereafter erected, altered, extended or changed in use for the purpose of business, trade or industry there shall be provided off-street space for loading and unloading of vehicles. The required loading space shall be at least 12 feet wide by 40 feet long by 14 feet clear vertical height. Off-street loading spaces shall be provided as follows:
(1) 
One loading space for all business or industrial uses with a gross floor area of 5,000 square feet or less.
(2) 
One additional loading space for each additional 5,000 square feet or fraction thereof up to a total of five such spaces. Additional loading spaces may be permitted.
B. 
Off-street loading space or spaces located within 50 feet of a residential property shall be shielded by wall, fencing or other suitable material which shall serve to screen noise and fumes that originate in said loading zone.
