Pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes Sections 7-148 and
7-450, there is hereby established a pension plan for the Town of
New Milford Volunteer Firefighters and Community Ambulance Corp. as
set forth and defined in the plan entitled "Town of New Milford Volunteer
Firefighters and Community Ambulance Corp. Awards Program," as adopted,
and from time to time amended, by the Town Council as the supervisory
body for the plan. The plan shall be administered by the Director
of Finance or as otherwise set forth in the plan. The plan shall be
funded and administered in accordance with its terms from year to
year and as authorized by the General Statutes.
