The following intersections shall be controlled by a traffic control signal in accordance with the plan indicated. The traffic control signal shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, Title 39 of the Revised Statutes and the New Jersey Administrative Code, and shall be operated in conformance with the designated plan.

The flashing signal installation shall be in accordance with the provision of an Act Concerning Motor Vehicles and Traffic Regulations, Subtitle 1 of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes, and shall conform to the design, and shall be maintained in operation, as authorized by the Department of Transportation.
