There is hereby created the position of Registrar of Vital Statistics
in the Township of Franklin, County of Hunterdon, State of New Jersey.
The duties of the Registrar shall be as defined in N.J.S.A. 26:8-13
et seq. The salary for the position of Registrar shall be included
in the Municipal Clerk's salary. If anyone other than the Municipal
Clerk shall hold this position, the salary shall be set annually by
the Township Committee.
