Township of Alloway, NJ Article VII Chief Financial Officer

§ 18-15 Position established.

The Township Committee of Alloway Township hereby abolishes the title and position of "Township Treasurer" and replaces it with the title and position of "Chief Financial Officer."

§ 18-16 Powers and duties; compensation.

The Chief Financial Officer shall perform all duties required by law and shall be paid in accordance with the Township Salary Ordinance[1] provision for either the "Township Treasurer" or the "Chief Financial Officer."
