No one shall subdivide land in the Township without first obtaining approval by the Planning Board, and no subdivision shall be accepted for filing by the county recording officer unless it has been duly approved.
Except as supplemented herein, applications and approval procedures shall be in accordance with the provisions of Part 1, § 75-7, of this chapter and of the Municipal Land Use Law, N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq.
