Editor's Note: Ordinance No. 254, adopted 4-21-2005, provided
as follows: "1. Effective immediately, Ordinance No. 82 of 1967 and
Ordinance No. 187 of 1994, and any and all amendments thereto addressing
the manner in which individuals within the Township's Police Department
are appointed, promoted, suspended, furloughed or discharged, are
hereby repealed, deleted and vacated. 2. As soon as possible after
the adopting of this Ordinance, the Township's Board of Commissioners
shall, by resolution, approve new civil service rules and regulations
for the Township's Civil Service Commission."
