Going from the center of town in all directions, the even numbers
shall be on the right and the odd numbers on the left, and all numbers
shall be on the front of the house and shall be visible from the road.
It shall be the duty of the owners of houses and buildings in said borough to cause the proper number thereof to be posted in a conspicuous place on the same in accordance with the provisions of § 81-1 of this chapter under the supervision of the Street Commissioner, and all work of numbering houses heretofore done is hereby approved.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision
of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay
a fine $50 and/or to imprisonment for a term not to exceed 90 days.
Every day that a violation of this chapter continues shall constitute
a separate offense.
