The Detective-Sergeant shall be charged with and responsible
for the enforcement of all laws and ordinances, rules, regulations
and motions of the governing body or Chief of Police.
The Detective-Sergeant shall perform all such duties as may
be assigned to him by the Chief of Police.
The Detective-Sergeant shall be responsible for all conduct,
efficiency and discipline of all members under his command, for the
care and proper use of all equipment and for the carrying out of all
rules and regulations governing the Department.
