Town of Johnstown, NY Article II Alternative Veterans Exemption

§ 67-2 Increase in maximum exemption allowable.

In accordance with Real Property Tax Law § 458-a, Subdivision 2(d)(ii), the Town of Johnstown hereby increases the maximum exemption allowable in Paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) of said Subdivision 2 to $21,000, $14,000 and $70,000, respectively.
