In accordance with the terms of N.J.S.A. 40A:9-140, there is
hereby created and established the position of Municipal Engineer.
Compensation shall be in an annual retainer and an hourly rate
based upon actual time and expenses agreed on prior to the rendering
of the services.
The term of the Municipal Engineer shall be for one year.
