[Former Ch. 36, Personnel Policies, consisting of Art. I, Employee Cafeteria Plan, adopted 12-15-2009 by Res. No. 2009-26, and Art. II, Light-Duty Policy, adopted 12-15-2009 by Res. No. 2009-27, was superseded 12-21-2010 by Res. No. 2010-72, which resolution adopted the policy attached thereto as the official Employee Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual for the Borough. The resolution also provided for amendment to said policy and procedures from time to time by a majority vote of the Borough Council.
