The park was leased under Ord. 154, to the Bloomsburg Athletic Association as a ball park for 5 years; it was leased to the School District as a playground under Ords. 175, 209, 249 and 281, each for 10 years and all having expired by limitation. This new lease was to run from April 1, 1969, to March 31, 1979.
