Approving the refinancing of a certain storm sewer facility by the Municipal Authority of the Town of Bloomsburg, Columbia County, Pennsylvania, and stating the realistic estimated useful life thereof; authorizing the incurring of lease rental debt; approving the form of a lease between the Authority and the Town and rentals thereunder and authorizing the execution and delivery thereof; providing that the Town shall include the lease rentals in its budget for each fiscal year; providing for the cancellation of the prior lease for the storm sewer; authorizing the Mayor and Secretary to prepare and verify a debt statement and directing the Secretary to file a transcript of these proceedings with the Department of Community Affairs and to pay any necessary filing fees; authorizing the officers of the Town to take other appropriate action; repealing all inconsistent ordinances.
