as of July 1, 1963, between the Municipal Authority of the Town of
Bloomsburg as lessor and the Town of Bloomsburg as lessee of the storm
sewers and facilities to be constructed by said Authority and the
payment of rental thereunder and approving the form of said lease;
providing for the execution by the proper officials of the Town of
all instruments necessary and proper for carrying out the terms of
this ordinance; providing for the repeal of all instruments necessary
and proper for carrying out the terms of this ordinance; providing
for the repeal of all inconsistent ordinances.

Approving the refinancing of a certain storm sewer facility
by the Municipal Authority of the Town of Bloomsburg, Columbia County,
Pennsylvania, and stating the realistic estimated useful life thereof;
authorizing the incurring of lease rental debt; approving the form
of a lease between the Authority and the Town and rentals thereunder
and authorizing the execution and delivery thereof; providing that
the Town shall include the lease rentals in its budget for each fiscal
year; providing for the cancellation of the prior lease for the storm
sewer; authorizing the Mayor and Secretary to prepare and verify a
debt statement and directing the Secretary to file a transcript of
these proceedings with the Department of Community Affairs and to
pay any necessary filing fees; authorizing the officers of the Town
to take other appropriate action; repealing all inconsistent ordinances.
