1. Add the R-U-1 (Residential Urban -1) designation to the area
bounded and described as follows, which shall replace the R-U zoning
designation in this area: starting at a point in the center of the
intersection of Green Avenue and Chestnut Avenue, and proceeding in
a southerly direction through the center of Chestnut Avenue to a point
in the center of East Fifth Street; then in an easterly direction
through the center of East Fifth Street to a point in the center of
Spruce Street; then in a northerly direction through the center of
Spruce Street to a point in the center of Pine Avenue; then in a westerly
direction through the center of Pine Avenue to a point in the center
of Penn Street; then in a northerly direction through the center of
Penn Street to a point in the center of Green Avenue; then in a westerly
direction through the center of Green Avenue to the point of beginning.
Eliminate the area described above and designated as R-U-1 from the
R-U Zoning District as set forth in the Zoning Map of the Town of
Bloomsburg.

2. Extend the C-R Zoning District to include the following:
beginning at a point in the center of the intersection of Chestnut
Avenue and East Fifth Street; then in a southerly direction through
the center of Chestnut Avenue to a point in the center of Pearl Street;
then in an easterly direction through the center of Pearl Street to
the westerly side of the I-P Zoning District; then in a northerly
direction along the westerly side of the I-P Zoning District to a
point in the center of East Fifth Street, then in a westerly direction
through the center of East Fifth Street to the place of beginning.
Eliminate the above-described portion from the R-U District as set
forth in the Zoning Map of the Town of Bloomsburg.

the easterly boundary of the High-Density District to a point in the
easterly boundary of the Health Care District and the easterly side
of Honeysuckle Lane; then along the easterly boundary of the Health
Care District to a point of intersection with the existing Residential
Suburban District on the northerly side of Country Club Drive; then
along the northerly side of Country Club Drive to a point of intersection
of Country Club Road; then along the westerly side of Country Club
Road in a southerly direction to a point of intersection with the
northerly side of Lightstreet Road, the place of beginning, it being
the portion of the existing Residential Urban District to the west
of Country Club Road as set forth in the Zoning Map of the Town of
