The provisions of this article are severable. If any provision
of this article or its application to any person or circumstance is
held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or
applications of this article which can be given effect without the
invalid provisions or application.
Any violation of this article is declared to be a nuisance.
In addition to any other relief provided by this article, the Town
Solicitor or designee may apply to a court of competent jurisdiction
for an injunction to prohibit the continuation of any violation of
this article. The application for relief may include seeking a temporary
restraining order, temporary injunction and permanent injunction.
Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of
this article shall be fined not less than $250 nor more than $1,000
for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed
on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
