All owner(s) of real residential and commercial property located
within the Township, who do not reside at the residential property
or do not operate business at the commercial property, shall provide
in writing to the Municipal Clerk the street address for each owner
of the property.
For the purposes of this chapter, the following terms shall
have the meanings indicated:
REAL PROPERTY
Any type of real estate, including commercial or residential,
improved or unimproved lots, single-family homes, multiple dwellings,
and property held in any manner, including fee simple, condominium
or cooperate forms of ownership.
STREET ADDRESS
The address at which the person or persons actually resides,
and shall include street name or rural deliver route in addition to
any postal box number which may be included.

No certificate of occupancy or renewal of the certificate of
occupancy shall be issued until all owner(s) have complied with this
chapter. Property owners must inform the municipal clerk, in writing,
if a change in occupancy occurs. A continued certificate of occupancy
must be issued prior to any new lease agreements.
Each individual owner who shall fail to comply with the provisions of §
203-1 within 30 days after passage of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of $250 and be required to immediately provide to the Municipal Clerk, in writing, their street address as defined pursuant to §
203-2.
