All persons who may be present at any fire shall obey the orders
of the Mayor, the Chief of Police, policemen and the Fire Chief or
Assistant Fire Chief of the Fire Department in the extinguishment
of fires and the removal of property.
Any person who violates the provisions of this Article shall,
upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not more than $250
or to imprisonment for a term not to exceed 15 days, or both.
