City of Glens Falls, NY Article II Aid Outside City Limits

§ 107-3 Authorization.

The Fire Department of the City of Glens Falls is hereby authorized to render aid outside the city limits of the City of Glens Falls under the Warren County Mutual Aid Plan when, in the discretion of the Chief or Assistant Chief on duty of the Fire Department, such aid may be extended without prejudice to the protection from fire of property within the City of Glens Falls.
