As used in this article, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
A structure subordinate to the principal building or structure
on the same lot therewith and used for purposes customarily incidental
to those of the principal building or structure.
Any form or arrangement of building materials involving or
providing proper support, bracing, tying, anchoring or other protection
against the forces of the elements, including, but not limited to,
residential, commercial and industrial buildings.
A protective, waterproof covering of canvas or other material.
No structure or accessory structure shall be permitted to utilize
any form of tarpaulin on the exterior of the structure or accessory
structure for a period in excess of three months. Any such utilization
shall constitute a violation of this article and shall be treated
as a nuisance.

Any person violating the provisions of this article shall be subject to the provisions detailed in Chapter 53A of the Code of the Borough of West Conshohocken.
