The Mayor of the Borough of Walnutport shall receive compensation from the said Borough in the amount of $150 per month.

Each Borough Councilman of the Borough of Walnutport shall receive compensation from said Borough in the amount of $125 per month. To earn said compensation, a Councilman must attend at least one regular or special meeting per month of the Borough Council, called pursuant to the relevant provision of the Laws of Pennsylvania.

For the collection of all taxes to be collected pursuant to 53 P.S. § 46086 and pursuant to the Local Tax Collection Law,[2] the elected Tax Collector shall receive a commission on all such taxes collected, to be fixed by the Borough of Walnutport at 3% of the amount of taxes collected.
