§ 218-20 Trench excavating permits.

Pursuant to MGL c. 82A, § 2, the Fire Captain is designated as the Town of Hadley's officer to issue permits for the purpose of creating a trench as that term is defined by MGL c. 82A, § 4 and 520 CMR 14.02.
