Pursuant to the provisions of Section 9-258a of the Connecticut
General Statutes, the Town Meeting of the Town of Putnam does hereby
authorize the conducting of elections by two shifts of election officials,
provided that the Moderator shall keep a written record of the specific
hours and times served at the polls by such election officials, and
subject to the other provisions of Section 9-258a of the Connecticut
General Statutes, as amended.
