In accordance with the provisions of Section 7-258 of the Connecticut
General Statutes, the Clerk of the Water Pollution Control Facility
of the City of Putnam is hereby designated as the collector of sewerage
system connection and use charges for the Putnam Sewer Authority.
The Collector shall collect such sewerage system connection
and use charges in accordance with the provisions of the General Statutes
of Connecticut for the collection of property taxes.
The Collector shall have the same powers and authority as tax
collectors possess in accordance with the provisions of the General
Statutes of the State of Connecticut.
