This article is adopted pursuant to the provisions of Section
7-148(c)(7)(B)(i) of the Connecticut General Statutes and for the
purpose of public safety, comfort, convenience and welfare, and for
the greatest utilization of municipal parking lots by commuters and
other noncommercial traffic.
It shall be unlawful for any person to park any semitractor,
semitrailer, or truck exceeding five tons in the following municipal
parking lots:

Any person, firm or corporation violating this article shall
be fined not less than $50 nor more than $100 for each offense; and
a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or
on which a violation occurs or continues.
