Eligibility:
(1) 
Owners must show proof of ownership (vehicle registration or utility bill.)
(2) 
Owners must produce a valid OLN and registration for the vehicle.
(3) 
It is permissible for a resident to obtain a permit for a vehicle used for business purposes and owned by the employer so long as the application is accompanied by a notarized letter on company letterhead noting that the resident has permission to use the vehicle.
(4) 
There is a limit of two permits per household.

(1) 
The renter must have a notarized letter signed by the landlord and a copy of the lease.
(2) 
Zoning/licensing requirements of the rental unit must be valid.
(3) 
There is a limit of one vehicle permit per living unit of a building.
(4) 
The renter must produce a valid OLN and registration for the vehicle.

Eligibility.
(1) 
Temporary resident passes are valid for a rental or other loaned vehicle being used while the permit vehicle is being serviced.
(2) 
Temporary resident passes are issued to permit-holding residents only.
(3) 
Permit holders must produce a valid registration for the vehicle.

Eligibility.
(1) 
The contractor must produce a permit for the work to be completed or, if no permit is required for the work, must list the reason for the request on the temporary permit application for to include the location of the work.
(2) 
The contractor must produce valid registration for the vehicle(s).
B. 
Fees. The permit is free for the duration of the work permit.
