Editor's Note: This local law also repealed former Ch. 49,
Town Engineer, adopted 9-27-2010 by L.L. No. 6-2010.
The Town of DeWitt Town Board may employ an engineer or engineers
to give it such professional service and advice as it may require,
under such circumstances, terms, and rates of compensation as the
Town Board may determine to be appropriate.
Any reference in this Code to "Town Engineer" shall mean the
engineer or engineers employed by the Board as provided in the foregoing
section.
