Notwithstanding the provisions of any general law to the contrary
and in accordance with § 3-300 of the Village Law, the Village
Treasurer and Deputy Village Treasurer of the Village of Nyack need
not be residents of the Village of Nyack but may reside within the
Counties of Dutchess, Rockland, Westchester or Orange.
