R105.10 Obtaining permits. Permits must be obtained
and paid in full within 14 days of the issuance date. Failure to obtain
and pay in full within the time frame allotted will make this permit
null and void. Reissuance of said permit will be based on late fee
charges.

R113.5. Any person who shall violate provisions
of this code or shall fail to comply with any of Section R113 or R114
shall be punishable by a fine not less than $100 nor more than $2,000
plus cost, and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to imprisonment
not to exceed 30 days. Each day's continuance shall constitute
a separate offense.

R309.1 Floor surface. Garage and carport floor
surfaces shall be of approved noncombustible material. That area of
the floor used for parking of automobiles or other vehicles shall
be a minimum of four inches lower than the dwelling unit when the
garage is attached to the dwelling. The garage floor shall slope to
facilitate the movement of liquids toward the main vehicle entry doorway.

322.3.7 Issuance of a building permit in a flood hazard
area. The Building Code Official shall issue a building permit
only after it has been determined that:

The proposed work to be undertaken will be in conformance with
requirements of this and all other applicable codes and ordinances.

A code official shall review the application for the permit
to determine if all other necessary government permits required by
state and federal laws have been obtained, such as those required
by the Pennsylvania Sewage Facilities Act, the Pennsylvania Dam Safety
and Encroachment Act, the Pennsylvania Clean Streams Act and the U.S.
Clean Water Act. No permit shall be issued until this determination
has been made.

No encroachment, alteration or improvement of any kind shall
be made to any watercourse until all adjacent municipalities which
may be affected by such action have been notified by the Township
and until all required permits or approvals have been first obtained
from the Department of Environment Protection, Bureau of Dams, Waterways
and Wetlands.

The Federal Insurance Administration and Pennsylvania Department
of Community and Economic Development shall be notified by the Township
prior to any alteration or relocation of any watercourse.

R322.3.8 Elevation required. All buildings or structures
erected within the one-hundred-year floodplan shall be elevated so
that the lowest floor is located one foot six inches above the base
flood elevation.

R403.1.1.1 Formed footers. All footings for foundations
systems where it is for a basement or crawl space shall be formed
on both sides to ensure adequate size and depth.

R408.2.1 Maximum height. Crawl space area from
bottom of joists to grade inside crawl space area shall not exceed
four feet zero inches in height.

M2201.2.3 Oil tank enclosure. Any aboveground oil
tank must be screened in a manner to serve as a sight barrier from
neighboring properties, streets and roads. Said screening may be a
wooden wall, solid fencing, shrubs or other material approved by the
Building Code Official. Said barrier must be maintained at all times
after installation of the aboveground tank.

3002.2.1 Building sewer installation. All building
sewers (laterals) are required to be installed per the Loyalsock Township
sanitary sewer regulations and inspected by the Sewer Department.
