It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to leave outside of any building, dwelling or structure or to leave in any vacant or unoccupied building, dwelling, structure or apartment or in any cellar, storeroom or hallway in any building, dwelling or structure or on any porch or in any garage in a place accessible to children any abandoned, unattended or discarded icebox, electric refrigerator, deep-freeze unit or any other container of any kind which has an airtight door or doors or lock, locking device or attachment on the door or doors thereof which may not be released from the inside of such icebox, electric refrigerator, deep-freeze unit or other container unless the door or doors or the lock, locking device or attachment are removed therefrom or unless the door or doors are sealed in such manner that they may not be opened.
Any violation of any provision of this chapter or violation of a lawful abatement order shall constitute a Class II offense.
