A.
Smoking or the carrying of lighted cigars, cigarettes or pipes in
and upon school buses and/or omnibuses used for the conveyance of
children to and from school in the City of Yonkers is prohibited.
B.
A copy of this section shall be conspicuously displayed in each school
bus and/or omnibus operated and used for the transportation of school
children within the City of Yonkers.
