No person shall dump dirt, stones, fill, debris, cinders or
similar dump materials from any vehicle within the City of Yonkers
between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. the next day in excess
of 10 cubic feet without a written permit from the Commissioner of
Public Works.
