§ C6-17 Bureau established; Director of Management and Budget.

A. There shall be a Bureau of Management and Budget within the Department of Finance and Management Services. The head of the Bureau of Management and Budget shall be the Director of Management and Budget, who shall be responsible to and report to the Commissioner. The Director shall be appointed and serve at the pleasure of the Mayor and he or she shall be a person with training and experience in the field of management and budget and have such other qualifications as the Mayor shall deem necessary.

§ C6-18 Powers and duties of Director.

The Director of Management and Budget shall aid in the preparation of the budget for submission to the Mayor and shall perform all such duties in regard thereto as the Mayor and Commissioner may direct.
