No person shall possess, keep, sell, distribute or discharge within the Borough any firecrackers, roman candles, skyrockets or fireworks of any explosive nature commonly used as fireworks displays without first having obtained a permit.
Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter shall be punishable as provided in Chapter 1, Article II, General Penalty, of the Code of the Borough of Wallington.
