L.L. No. 11-1995. See now Article XIV of this Charter.
Former Charter Appendix Part II (Ch. 125), Department of Parks, Recreation and Conservation, adopted 12-8-1964 by L.L. No. 34-1964, effective 1-1-1965, was repealed 1-12-1982 by L. L. No. 1-1982.
