No person shall willfully or maliciously, without the consent
of the owner, tamper with, break, injure or otherwise destroy or damage
in any way any of the posts, poles, cables, wires, fixtures, antennas,
amplifiers or other apparatus, materials, equipment or appliances
of any television coaxial cable system or community antenna television
system; or tap or connect directly or indirectly by wire or any other
means whatsoever into, to, or with any such television coaxial cable
system or community antenna television system so as to make use of,
hear, observe or be in a position to make use of, hear, observe or
enable any other person to make use of, hear, observe, or be in a
position to make use of, hear or observe for any use or purpose whatsoever
any message, picture or signal going over any such cable or system
aforementioned or to receive or enable or assist any other person
to receive any unauthorized service over any such cable or system.
