The following fees are hereby established and shall be paid by the licensee or permittee before the issuance of a license or permit. Each license shall expire on June 30 next following the day of issuance. In the event of a declaration of a public health emergency, the deadline may be extended to a maximum of up to 90 days. At the end of 90 days this would be reevaluated and could be extended as needed. Any existing Board of Health ordinance or part thereof in conflict herewith shall be deemed to be amended or abolished.
A. 
Food-handling establishments.
(1) 
Restaurants and taverns.
(a) 
One to 50 seats: $200.
(b) 
Fifty-one to 100 seats: $275.
(c) 
Over 100 seats: $425.

Farmer's market: $100.
(3) 
Supermarket (over 5,000 square feet): $825.
