This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the "Village
of Bath Manufactured Home Park Law."
Because of the special problems related to manufactured homes
that are not necessarily associated with other housing types, it is
necessary to provide for a separate standard for manufactured homes
so as to promote the safety and health of the residents of manufactured
homes and nearby residents, to encourage economical and orderly development
of the Village, to promote the health, safety and general welfare
and to eliminate and prevent health and safety hazards by providing
standards and regulations necessary to accomplish these purposes as
authorized under Article 7 of the Village Law of the State of New
York.
Should any provision of this chapter be in conflict with existing
regulations applicable to the Village of Bath, the more restrictive
shall apply.
