No person, firm or corporation shall park a vehicle, as defined in Subtitle 1, Title 39, of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey, at any time upon portions of the following described property, which are properly marked "For Employee Parking Only," in the Township of Riverside, other than municipal employees.
A. 
All that certain tract or parcel of land situate in the Township of Riverside, County of Burlington, State of New Jersey, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point in the westerly right-of-way line of Zurbrugg Way, said point being a distance of 120 feet more or less from the intersection of the westerly right-of-way line of Pavilion Avenue (80 feet wide); thence (1) southwestwardly along the curved westerly right-of-way line of Zurbrugg Way a distance 54 feet more or less to a point; thence (2) northwestwardly and at right angles with the previous course a distance of 28 feet more or less to a point; thence (3) northeastwardly along a curved line and parallel with the westerly right-of-way line of Zurbrugg Way a distance of 54 feet more or less to a point; thence (4) southeastwardly and at right angles with the previous course a distance of 28 feet more or less to a point in the westerly right-of-way line of Zurbrugg Way and place of beginning; being part of Lot 1, Block 901, as shown on the Township of Riverside Official Tax Map.
The effectiveness of this article is contingent upon proper signs being erected as required by law in the places where this article is effective.
