The term "park," as used in this article, means all lands owned
or leased by the Township, including but not limited to the following
described areas:
A. A. Field. Bounded on the north by 50 Street, on the east by Rancocas
Avenue, on the south by Washington Street and on the west by Chester
Avenue.
B. Reeder Field. Beginning at a point in the westerly line of Pulaski
Avenue (60 feet wide) corner to Lot 2, said point being distant 86.98
feet measured southwardly along the westerly line of Pulaski Avenue
from the point of curvature of the curve forming the southwesterly
intersection of Pulaski Avenue and Adams Street; and runs:
(1) Southwardly along the westerly line of Pulaski Avenue, 20 feet to
a point corner to Lot 3; thence
(2) Westward along Lot 3 and parallel to Adams Street 131.39 feet to
a point; thence
(3) Southwardly along the rear line of Lots 3, 4 and 5 and at right angles
to Lincoln Street 167.88 feet to a point, corner to Lot 11; thence
(4) Westward, along the rear line of Lots 11, 12, 13 and 14, and parallel
to Lincoln Street 203.47 feet to a point; thence
(5) Northwardly along the rear line of Lots 17, 18 and 19, 226.61 feet
and parallel to Chester Avenue to a point corner to Lot 10; thence
(6) Eastwardly along the rear line of Lots 2, 8, 9 and 10 and parallel
to Adams Street, 295.82 feet to the place of beginning.
C. Whomsley Field. Beginning at a point marking the intersection of
the northerly line of Monroe Street and the easterly line of Reeder
Avenue; and runs:
(1) Along the easterly line of Reeder Avenue north 9 degrees 59 minutes
20 seconds, west 130.30 feet to an angle in the same; thence
(2) Still along the easterly line of Reeder Avenue north 16 degrees 13
minutes 30 seconds, east 553.56 feet to a point corner to lands of
the Township of Riverside; thence
(3) Along said Township lands south 88 degrees 00 minutes 30 seconds,
east 215 feet to a point; thence
(4) Southwardly through lands of the Riverside Sewerage Authority 630
feet more or less to a point in the northerly line of Monroe Street;
(5) South 85 degrees 34 minutes 20 seconds, west 300 feet to the place
of beginning.
D. The area known as "Spring Garden Park," bounded on the east by Middleton
Street, the north by Spring Garden Street, the west by Carroll Street
and the south by Morton Street, is dedicated in perpetuity for recreational
purposes only.
E. Bob Kenney Field.
(1) Beginning at a point in the southeasterly line of Hooker Street (50
feet wide) corner to lands now or formerly of Richard Rossi, said
point being distant 204.07 feet northeastwardly measured along the
southeasterly line of Hooker Street from its intersection with the
northeastwardly line of Fairview Street; and runs:
(a)
Northeastwardly along the southeasterly line of Hooker Street
754.88 feet to a point corner to lands now or formerly of Andrew Kona;
thence
(b)
Southeastwardly along said Kona lands now or formerly of Catherine
McKeen, and crossing Sylvan Avenue (40 feet wide) 315 feet more or
less to a point in the southeasterly line of Sylvan Street; thence
(c)
Southwestwardly along the southeasterly line of Sylvan Avenue
42 feet more or less to a point corner to lands now or formerly of
Robert Wilson; thence
(d)
Southeastwardly along said Wilson and crossing Progress Street
(50 feet wide) 316.16 feet to a point in the southeasterly line of
Progress Street; thence
(e)
Southwestwardly along the southeasterly line of Progress Street
500 feet more or less to a point corner to lands now or formerly of
the Burlington County Publishing Company; thence

Southwestwardly along said Borelli and along lands now or formerly
of Pasquale Borelli 176.48 feet to a point corner to lands now or
formerly of Louise Vogelman; thence
(l)
Northwestwardly along said Vogelman and crossing Sylvan Avenue
232 feet more or less to a point in the northwesterly line of Sylvan
Avenue corner to lands now or formerly of D & D Lepesha; thence
(m)
Northwestwardly along said Lepesha, 81.86 feet to a point corner
to the same; thence
(n)
Northwestwardly along said Lepesha and along lands now or formerly
of Richard Rossi 118.81 feet to the place of beginning.
(2) And all roads and paths located within the bounds of said lands.
The aforesaid parks shall be closed between the hours of 8:00
p.m. and 6:00 a.m. EST daylight saving time and 6:00 p.m. and 6:00
a.m. EST the balance of the calendar year, unless permission is granted
by the Township Committee.
