Township of Rochelle Park, NJ Article V Internal Affairs Policy and Procedures

§ 28-36 Adoption of state policy.

A. The Township hereby adopts, by reference, the Internal Affairs Policy and Procedures issued by the State of New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, Division of Criminal Justice, as the same is currently in effect. Any amendments to said procedures by the Office of Attorney General shall be deemed to be amendments to the within article as the same is amended from time to time.

B. The Internal Affairs Policy and Procedures of the Police Management Manual shall be on file in the office of the Township Clerk and the office of the Rochelle Park Police Department.
