There is hereby established a fee as set by resolution of the
City Council for the performance of police record searches/criminal
background checks conducted by the Altoona Police Department for those
agencies/individuals authorized to receive such information. The fee
shall be payable in advance to the Altoona Police Department and deposited
in the proper fund of the City of Altoona. A receipt for said payment
shall be given in conformity with applicable laws.
There is hereby established a fee as set by resolution of the
City Council plus the amount of film development for the service of
providing Altoona Police Department photographs to those agencies/attorneys
authorized by applicable laws to receive such information. The fee
shall be payable in advance to the Altoona Police Department and deposited
in the proper fund of the City of Altoona. A receipt for said payment
shall be given in conformity with applicable laws.
