A rate schedule for the City of Altoona Public Works Department
shall be established for interfund transfer, closeouts of projects,
and general reference from time to time by resolution of the City
Council.
All such monies collected pursuant to § 335-11 shall be payable to the City and deposited in the proper fund of the City of Altoona.
