Wherever a space is marked off on any street for the parking
of an individual vehicle, every vehicle parked there shall be parked
wholly within the lines bounding that space, and it shall be a violation
of this article for any person to park a vehicle or allow it to remain
parked otherwise.

B. Parking in crosswalks. It shall be a violation for any person to
park a vehicle in a crosswalk. Any and all persons who violate this
subsection shall pay a fine of $25 plus costs.

C. Parking on sidewalks. It will be unlawful for any person to park
a motor vehicle on a sidewalk. Any and all persons who violate this
subsection shall pay a fine of $25 plus costs.

D. Parking in front of private drive. It shall be unlawful for any person
to park a motor vehicle in front of a private drive. Any and all persons
who violate this subsection shall pay a fine of $25 plus costs.

E. Parking facing wrong direction. It shall be unlawful for any person
to park a motor vehicle facing the wrong direction without proper
lights. Any and all persons who violate this subsection shall pay
a fine of $25 plus costs.

F. Double parking. It shall be unlawful for any person to double park
a motor vehicle. Any and all persons who violate this subsection shall
pay a fine of $25 plus costs.

G. Parking too close to fire hydrant. It shall be unlawful for any person
to park a motor vehicle too close to a fire hydrant. Any and all persons
who violate this subsection shall pay a fine of $75 plus costs.

It shall be unlawful for any person to stop, stand or park a
vehicle (other than a pedalcycle) on the roadway side of any vehicle
stopped or parked at the edge or curb of any street, except that standing
or parking for the purpose of loading or unloading persons or property
shall be permitted Monday through Saturday, between the hours of 9:00
a.m. and 11:30 a.m. and between the hours of 1:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.,
and for no longer than necessary for the loading or unloading.

It shall be unlawful for any person to park a truck or to allow
it to remain parked at any time on any street or portion of a street
located within or immediately adjacent to any residential zoning district
of the Borough. It shall be unlawful for any person to park a truck,
or allow it to remain parked for more than one hour on any street
or portion of a street located within or immediately adjacent to any
business, commercial or industrial district of the Borough; except,
however, any truck parked within any zoning district of the Borough
which is being actively and currently utilized in connection with
home/building/property repair, maintenance or development or which
is actively and currently being utilized for moving services relative
to any property adjacent to where the truck is parked. "Trucks" shall
include any vehicle with a gross weight of 12,000 pounds or greater.

It shall be unlawful for any person to park a trailer or to
allow a trailer to remain parked at any time on any public street
within the Borough of Trainer; except, however, trailers may be parked
for not longer than one hour when they are properly attached to a
motor vehicle parked on any street or portion of a street located
within any business, commercial or industrial district of the Borough
of Trainer; excepting, further, any trailer parked within any zoning
district of the Borough which is being actively and currently utilized
in connection with home/building/property repair, maintenance or development
or which is actively and currently being utilized for moving services
relative to any property adjacent to where the trailer is parked.

Any person who violates any provision of this article shall,
upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $25 and
costs, with the exception of a conviction of parking too close to
a fire hydrant, for which a person shall be sentenced to pay a fine
of not more than $75 plus costs, provided that it shall be the duty
of the police officers and of parking enforcement personnel of the
Borough to report to the appropriate official all violations of any
provision of this article, indicating in each case: the section violated;
the license number of the vehicle involved in the violation; the location
where the violation took place; and any other facts that might be
necessary in order to secure a clear understanding of the circumstances
attending the violation. The police officer or other person making
the report shall also attach to or place upon every such vehicle a
notice stating that the vehicle was parked in violation of this article.
The notice shall contain instructions to the owner or driver of the
vehicle that, if he will report to the office of the Municipal Building
and pay the sum of $5 within 48 hours after the time of the notice,
that act will save the violator from prosecution and from payment
of the fine and costs prescribed in the first sentence of this section.
