This chapter or any part hereof, including the Zoning Map, may
be amended, supplemented or repealed from time to time by the Borough
Council of the Borough of Trainer on its own motion, upon application
from a landowner for a curative amendment, or upon recommendation
by the Planning Commission.

Any person, partnership or corporation who or which shall violate
any provision or requirement of this chapter, or any approved plan,
permit or certificate issued under the provisions of this chapter,
shall, upon conviction thereof in summary proceeding, be sentenced
to pay a fine of no more than $600 and/or to imprisonment for no more
than 90 days. All fines collected shall be paid over to the Borough
of Trainer. Each and every day that any such violation continues shall
constitute a separate offense.
