City of Hoboken, NJ Corner Cars

As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:

A vehicle located on-street by the City of Hoboken or its designee for the purposes of car sharing amongst residents and businesses, where Corner Cars are distinguishable by the logo on the side of the car as well as the temporary parking permit on the dashboard of the vehicle.

The following locations are designated for Corner Cars:

No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon the locations designated in § 190-54 unless such vehicle is a Corner Car.

Failure to comply with this article shall result in towing at the vehicle owner's expense.
